Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping is done with Correos (Spanish postal service)

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Southern Basque Country: 2 to 3 working days.
• Northern Basque Country: 3 to 7 working days.
• Spain: 2 to 3 working days.
• Balearic Islands: 10 to 15 working days.
• Canary Islands: 15 to 30 working days.
• Rest of Europe: 10 to 15 working days.
• Rest of the world: 15 to 30 working days.

Shipping to certain areas or countries may involve expenses or taxes that must be paid at Customs upon the arrival of the item. If the purchaser does not pay these amounts and the item is not collected, both Correos and the customs authorities reserve themselves the right to return it to the sender. Under no circumstances will these expenses be refunded.

Wrong item shipped

If a product different to that requested by the customer is delivered due to an error by NAIZDENDA, it shall be retrieved and the correct product will be delivered at no extra cost for the purchaser.

Returns policy

To make a return you must contact us via the following email address: denda@naiz.eus

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected for their transport. If not, NAIZDENDA reserves itself the right to reject the return.

Returned items must be sent to NAIZDENDA within a period of 5 working days after the date on which the return is accepted by NAIZDENDA. If not, it may be rejected and returned. Once the item has been received and found to be in perfect condition, the refund of the corresponding amount shall be processed.

The transport costs that arise from the return shall be paid by the customer.
